Facilities Operations, Improvements & ProjectsEnsure smooth day-to-day operations of all office spaces (24F, 26F and future expansions).Oversee both Hard FM (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems) and Soft FM services.Lead snagging follow-up, post-handover corrections, and continuous workplace improvements.Identify and implement enhancements to optimize space, usability, and employee experience.Manage minor upgrades, reconfigurations, and future workplace projects.Ensure all spaces remain fully operational, safe, and aligned with company standards.3. Workplace Security, Safety & ComplianceLead all aspects of physical security and workplace safety.Oversee access control, CCTV systems, visitor management, and incident response.Ensure full compliance with Civil Defense, municipality, and safety regulations.Organize and monitor fire drills, evacuation procedures, and emergency readiness.Coordinate inspections, audits, and certifications with relevant authorities.Act as the main point of contact for landlord and authorities on safety and compliance tpics.4.
