The Opportunity You’ll be the person who makes Hearth’s NYC office work—keeping it welcoming, well-stocked, presentable, and running smoothly every day. As the first point of contact for employees, candidates, clients, and company leaders, you’ll create a positive and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll oversee day-to-day workplace operations, including vendor management, office repairs, maintenance, and supplies. You’ll also partner with the executive team to coordinate in-office meetings and plan company events, both on-site and off-site. In collaboration with People Operations, you’ll support a range of employee experience and operational projects—from coordinating employee gifts to handling sensitive information and helping bring workplace initiatives to life. If you’re highly organized, approach problems with an operational mindset, and can work confidently with leaders at every level, this could be the opportunity for you. What You'll Do: Own workplace and operational projects from start to finish, collaborating cross-functionally as needed Keep the kitchen and office stocked with food, beverages, and essential supplies so the space is always ready for employees and visitors Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for office repairs and maintenance, negotiating competitive pricing and ensuring high-quality service Greet employees, candidates, clients, and other visitors, creating a welcoming and professional first impression Receive, organize, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Coordinate company meetings, in-office events, off-sites, and other team gatherings Help plan for Hearth’s growing NYC office footprint, including managing seating plans, desk assignments, and other space needs as the team grows Who You Are: You've managed an office, supported as an EA or PA, or worked front-of-house in hospitality — and you know what it takes to make things look effortless for everyone else. Location: This role will be located in NYC along with the rest of the Hearth team, the CEO, and other key roles in the business.
