Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians and mechanics - Planning and coordinating workshop activities, repairs, and maintenance schedules - Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard - Managing workshop resources, tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory - Monitoring productivity and driving continuous improvement initiatives - Supporting water and wastewater treatment projects through effective workshop operations - Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures - Maintaining accurate service, maintenance, and inspection records - Collaborating with operational and project teams to meet business objectives ### What We're Looking For We're seeking a proactive leader who can balance technical expertise with excellent people management skills.
