Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages confidence and participation. Implement structured lesson plans designed to teach a variety of sports and movement fundamentals. Maintain a safe and organized environment by managing class setup, equipment, and group transitions. Communicate effectively with parents, players, and fellow coaches. Attend seasonal trainings and meetings to stay aligned with program standards and updates. Compensation & Perks: Starting pay: $20-45/hr, based on experience and role (Assistant or Head Coach).
