Participate in infrastructure troubleshooting, operational improvements, and technology modernization initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with IBM z/OS Communication Server. Strong knowledge of VTAM, TCP/IP, TN3270, FTP, Policy Agent, and SMTP. Practical experience working in a z/OS mainframe environment. Proficiency with TSO, ISPF, JCL, VSAM, and z/OS catalog management. Experience with z/OS and JES2 operator commands. Scripting/programming experience with REXX, CLIST, or SAS. Experience configuring and troubleshooting connectivity involving MQ, DB2, CICS, and middleware. Experience supporting file transfer, printing, and email/messaging infrastructure.
